Travis Case: Let’s see how this one goes

Travis Ryder Case, age 2 months, is being treated in the OU Medical Center for multiple injuries which include:  a broken femur, two skull fractures and an old fracture to one wrist.  The doctors have stated the injuries were caused by abuse.  The family lives in Midwest City, Oklahoma.

Travis’s sperm-donor, 20-year-old Christopher Case, has been arrested for child abuse.  Travis’s egg-donor has already lawyered up.  Both claim they knew nothing of the injuries – that would include a broken femur and two skull fractures, by the way.

Oklahoma Department of Human Services (DHS) is reported to have plans for a hearing this week  “to determine who will take custody”.

We’ll see how this one goes.  Egg-donor better not end up with this baby.
