Eric Preimesberger case: Kristi chose Tim over Eric

It was an argument that took 29-year-old Eric Preimesberger’s life; apparently one between him and his brother-in-law, Timothy Wayne Morgan.  It happened just days before he and his wife were to move with Tim to Eugene, Oregon and start a new life with a new business and great hopes.  And after the fight had ended, Eric’s wife, Kristi Michelle (Morgan) Preimesberger knew her brother had mortally wounded her husband.  But instead of helping Eric, or taking any action that could have saved his life, Kristi chose to “aide her brother in avoiding arrest for Eric Preimesberger’s death”.  That’s what the warrant against Kristi Preimesberger states.

Kristi and her brother Tim were arrested on unrelated charges in Roseville, Minnesota.  Unknown to the Minnesota authorities there were arrest warrants for the both of them in connection with Eric’s murder.  Tim’s arrest warrant is for murder.  Kristi’s is for being a material witness…she was the sole adult to see her husband murdered at her brother’s hands.

The warrant states Tim delivered fatal blows with a baseball bat to Eric’s head.  Kristi’s says she saw what happened…and did nothing.  Even when he died, she didn’t report his death.  Instead she assisted in disposing of his body.  Kristi then refused to even report Eric missing, even at the insistence of Eric’s mother, Kay.  Kay had to become directly involved in order to get her son reported missing.  Kristi’s only action was to initiate weeks of running, lying and covering for her brother.

The two siblings are awaiting extradition back to Reno.

It is this writer’s fervent prayer that the two small children saw and heard nothing.  It is this writer’s opinion there is no way they didn’t.

Valhall.
