Update: I have just received confirmation that Tim is the one being held for murder charges while Kristi is being declared a material witness.
_______________________________The Eugene newspaper the Register-Guard has published an article by Jack Moran reporting that Kristi Michelle Preimesberger (Eric’s wife) and Timothy Wayne Morgan (Kristi’s brother) are being held in a Ramsey County, Minnesota jail on warrants charging them with the murder of Eric. The article states the authorities originally arrested Tim on felony drug charges which led to Minnesota authorities learning the two were wanted in Nevada on murder charges. Lt. Lome Rosand of Roseville, Minnesota stated that when the Reno Police Department learned of the two’s arrest, they sent detectives to Minnesota.
The two small children of Eric and Kristi, Ivy, age 6, and Damien, age 22 months, are safe. Tim and Kristi are awaiting extradition back to Nevada. At this time Eric’s body has not been found, but crews in Nevada continue to search.
