The latest document release contains a pdf over 1000 pages long containing emails between various characters in the circus called the murder trial of Casey Anthony. A substantial amount of those emails are between slick-dick Dom Casey, P.I. extraordinaire and two “psychics” he seemed to spend an inordinate amount of time conversing with. One was “Ginny” Ginnette Lucas, the very psychic that slick-dick claims called him on the morning of November 15th, 2008 and gave him a “tip” to go out and look for Caylee by some pavers…on Suburban Drive. This led to the now famous Jim Hoover video showing slick-dick stomping around in the foliage of Suburban near where Caylee’s remains would ultimately be found. In those videos we see slick-dick talking on his cell phone a great deal of the time. (By the way, an entire separate entry in the encycliepedia could be centered solely on the various lies slick-dick has told concerning those cell phone calls, but we’ll leave that for another day.)
The lies (i.e. intentional deceptions) by slick-dick Dom Casey that are revealed in this email release could actually be parted out into an addendum to the Anthony Encycliepedia. They would constitute a work that could stand alone. But for now we will briefly touch on Dominic Casey’s lies to OCSO in his January 7, 2009 interview with them concerning Ginny Lucas and psychics in general.
First, it should be pointed out that slick-dick intentionally misleads OCSO into believing he was “cold called” by a psychic who referred to herself as a “clairvoyant” and who called herself “Ginny”. He stated things to IMPLY (he did not outright state this) that the call from Ginny was the first contact he had ever had with her. This can be shown by the following exchange:
DC: …”Sure, that’s fine.” On the way over, I had received a call from Ginnette Lucas.
JA: Okay. About what time, did you receive the call from Ginnette Lucas?
DC: I’m going to say, it’s got to be between seven and eight.
JA: Okay.
DC: Eight o’clock.JA: Okay. So you, you, you got the phone call from Ginnette before you had met Hoover?
DC: That is correct.
JA: Okay. So you, you get this phone call from Ginnette.
DC: Uh-hum (affirmative).
JA: Uh, she, and she, (inaudible) she’s a psychic?
DC: That’s what she’s indicated to me.
JA: Okay, she told you she was a psychic?
DC: No, she didn’t tell me she was a psychic. She was telling, she told me she was some other, just
some other name. I don’t know what it was, that she used. And, she had this image, this whatever. So,
I’m freaking out like…
Now, of course, Dominic knew she was a psychic/clairvoyant/charlatan, because he had been conversing with her for weeks to months. But he didn’t bother telling OCSO that part. He presented the events of that morning as if he had just been “blind-sided” by a call out of the blue from “Ginny”. What he also left out was that Ginny had been telling him he needed to search for Caylee (dead) in a certain location for well over a month. In fact, what he left out, was this information stated to him by Ginny in October 2008:
ginnylucas@netzero,com
Thursday, October 16, 2008 11 :32 AM” I think calling her dead was the best thing that every happended to poor Cay lee – g my cell is dead -
I’ll be in the car in a half an hour – g
even if we can’t go till Nov.
- I don’t seee them finding her for a while – hha hha –”
Now, slick-dick tried to set the whole thing up to look like he was already planning to go out to Suburban Drive because of KioMarie’s statements that had been made about there being a hang-out she and Casey had gone to when they were in middle school, and about the “pet cemetery” they had out there. Now, of course, that’s a totally different area of Suburban Drive, but another thing we learned about slick-dick Dom in the document dump yesterday is that as far as P.I.’s go, he couldn’t find his own ass with a flashlight and both hands…so, no reason to spend much time on the difference in locations.
Anywho, leaving out the communications with Ginny that had been taking place for at least a month before, Dominic presented the happening that morning as being some type of paranormal synchronicity that had him headed to Suburban Drive anyway to rule KioMarie’s statements out when lo and behold “Ginny the Clairvoyant” calls and freaks him out. He also throws in (in an attempt to look sane) the following statement:
DC: I did not tell him [Jim Hoover] it was anything other than that; because, I’m thinking like, (sigh), how am I going to tell anybody it is a psychic? Just why am I following some psychic, whatever. I’m not even, I wasn’t even going there for that, anyway, to begin with. Here I am, just going there, just to rule something out.
You know…feigning embarrassment over letting anyone know he’s following a psychic lead? Of course, slick-dick letting OCSO know at that point he’d been conversing with psychics for several weeks sure would have put a different light on it. OR…sharing this little communication that “Ginny the leaf-reader” sent him just 3 weeks prior to the Suburban search might have changed the complexion of the situation as well:

Monday, October 20,20084:14 AMLuke – you did good – no one said this work would be fun – we will continue working diligently on this kind of tragedy and get more money down the road.
The other liar-liar-pants-on-fire part of slick-dick Dom’s interview with OCSO that needs to be pointed out concerning his interactions with psychics, comes in the exchange that takes place when OCSO tries to nail down why Dominic would act on a cold call from a psychic. So they start asking him if he has acted on psychic tips in the past. Here’s some (it is a rather lengthy, dodgy exchange) of what slick-dick says to them…
JA: …sighting? This tip from the, from the psychic. Did you, did you ever, during the entire time you
were looking for Caylee Marie, did you ever get any tips from any other psychics? Or, was she the only
psychic you spoke to?
DC: No, she was not the only psychic.
JA: What did you do with the other psychic tips?
DC: One of them called me from El Paso, Texas.
JA: Okay.
DC: And she had some weird dream. Uh, it was, it was just, it sounded off the, off the wall.
JA: So you talked…
DC: And (inaudible)…
JA: …to two psychics?
DC: No. (Sighs.) One, the one that called me from El Paso, Texas; and, I listened to her. And then she,
she started talking on the phone as though she was Caylee Marie.
JA: Okay.
DC: Uhm…
JA: Uhm, let me, let me, let me, I’m going to try to ask the question; maybe, another way—it’s easier to
understand. During the, the course of your investigation…
DC: Yes.JA:…and your search for Caylee Marie, how many psychics did you talk to?
DC: Maybe a half a dozen.
JA: So, about six, you, over that, over, uh, uh, well, that entire time; you talked to about six psychics?
DC: Correct.
JA: How many of those psychic tips did you follow up on?
DC: One.
Sorry, but that would be a bold-faced lie, now wouldn’t it? Because slick-dick damned sure followed up a tip his “psychic” good-buddy Luke gave him:
Geraldo is on his way to Puerto Rico, Jose Baez is DEMANDING that I provide all information that I have, obviously to sell to Geraldo . . . so, I want to play a trick on him . . . come up with a wild herring many hundreds of miles away from Isabela . . . can you help? . . .
DominicOkay – something like this – Casey witnessed a major drug transaction( PR Mob with ties to Fusian and Bruce Lam) with Morales etc at Chatt’s townhouse – it went bad – one of the persons involved was killed (girl from club?) – Casey warned that Caylee will be harmed if she talks. They take Caylee – she is flown (private jet from Orlando Exec Airport) to San Juan PR and is held there until other plans are made to take her out of the country to Colombia. She is then taken across the border into Venezuela to Puerto Santa Rosa (near Puerto Cumarebo) knowing there will be no extradition or investigation possible due to the prevailing diplomatic situation. You may have to fill in the timelines.
Ya know – doesn’t seem too far fetched does it?
Luke
And slick-dick most DEFINITELY followed that tip:
Ed & Jose)
You wanted the goods) here it is) details on Puerto Rico including locations: Caylee WAS flown (private jet from Orlando Exec Airport) to San Juan PR and held
there until plans were made to take her out of the country to Colombia. She was then taken across the border into Venezuela to Puerto Santa Rosa (near Puerto Cumarebo» knowing there will be no extradition or investigation possible due to the prevailing diplomatic situation. No other details can be released until such time as Caylee positively identified and an extraction is in play. Security of surveillant(s) is at risk should any of this information be released. THIS INFORMATION CANNOT BE RELEASEDDominic
I never knew until now that you could actually go to psychics to get your red herrings. Apparently they are multi-faceted individuals who can not only send you looking for children’s toys in a front yard, dead bodies behind tow yards, dead babies in swamps, waterfalls, mountains, and bridges, but in a pinch – they can actually whip you up one hell of a lie to throw off the entire investigation into the search for a missing child and allow you to mislead the defense lawyer who is trying to defend a client charged with capital murder.
Who-da thunk.
Valhall.
