Kyron Horman case: Authorities provided ‘probable cause’ on Terri Horman

The restraining order granted to Kaine Horman on June 28th when he filed for divorce has been released.  Within the restraining order Kaine has marked that within the past 180 days Terri has attempted to cause him bodily injury.  In addition, Kaine writes the following as his response on why he is seeking the restraining order.

I believe Respondent is involved in the disappearance of my son Kyron who has been missing since June 4, 2010.  I also recently learned that Respondent attempted to hire someone to murder me.  The police have provided me with probable cause to believe the above two statements to be true.
