(a murdering mother) Then after Zanny and Samantha kept Caylee in Orlando for 16 days it was time to make a getaway. They knew Casey identified them and it was only a matter of time before they would be arrested.

I didn’t get the impression he did much other than F/U LE and free associate evidence which would lead him to success rather than what I assumed were his perceived failures at the law……or something like that. In a drug fueled stupor, it seems that he is one of the few people that has figured out Casey’s code. Everything she meant to say but wasn’t allowed, as she feared for her family and Caylee’s life. Since we live in Florida does he think he can score a good connection for his nose candy? It is not like it used to be with the cocaine flowing. Bringing in the Judge from the Civil Case, having watched the last hearing, I am sure he is not amused by this. How much more of a circus can this case become? Sometimes it makes me very sad to read about people who are out there on the very edge and grave danger of loosing their grip. Since it is stated that he apparently has, or has had issues with alcohol/drug abuse, I suppose his brain glitches are probably the result of his choices. Some who are standing on greased incline though, are there because of screwed up circuitry from birth, or due to brain trauma. I know what JMcI is spouting is being transmitted to us through some seriously rattled gray matter, so I would like to know more about the guy before I laugh too much. I didn’t do anything to be the way I am, and so far I have managed to deal with my disorder with out ending up in the HappyHouse, or Jail. I just hate seeing someone belittled because things are messed up inside their heads.

Amazing, the 911 call was not an excited moment, not an emergency, it was a planned think-through, the child had been missing a whole month, they argue, so there was no ‘emergency’ moment, it was rather, ‘an investigation’ at this point. The logic defies… of course it was well thought through, Cindy does that, she said to investigators– thinks through before speaking. Thinking through what the decomposition smells meant about her missing grandbaby, then making a calculated call, another calculated call, then whoops… reveal of the ‘kidnap’ scenario and excited utterance! But is the defense arguing that excited utterance was all planned too, because the child was in no immediate danger? How did Cindy know that, to bring in police for an ‘investigation’ that was not an emergency?

Maybe the defense has just shot themselves in the leg, or it’s a desperate move on their part.

Just went back and read the letters again. The last one I had not seen before. It is hard to believe ANYONE would send a hand written letter to a judge. Unless of course it was his birthday and the sender was one of his own. That last letter left my already foggy brain in total pea soup.

I’m sorry if you were offended. I don’ t think that any of us meant this as a personal affront to McIntyre. We’ve all known people who have made some pretty bad choices and messed up their lives. My own half sister was killed by a drunk driver. She was only 18. Two years later my younger half brother died of an overdose. He’d sucked a lubricant up out of a brown paper bag and fried his brain. He was only 18. I, as a medic, worked the accident that brought MADD into our county. I’ve got a nephew who became addicted to Meth. It was a tough battle. He’s clean now. One of my daughter-in-laws was a heroine addict. She’s been clean for 8 years, and out of the “program” for more than 4. She counsels other addicts, as well as she manages a chain of convenience stores and takes good care of my son and their little boys.

If I may, guys, we don’t laugh to poke fun, Marcia. We laugh for the sheer sake of laughter, having all been touched by some unfairness or injustice, we’ve all wept for someone we’ve loved who messed up, which I would suppose is one of the reasons we’re all here, sharing the tragedy, trying to understand, to make sense of such nonsense, and in the end see justice served. We didn’t mean to be offensive; if I so dare to speak for us all, we just took advantage of the opportunity to let some harsh and cold realities slip through our hands, and but for the chance to laugh.

..in their own motion, they say it has to qualify under 3 parts:

1. declarant must have experienced or witnessed an event serious enough to cause nervous excitement. ( she has just heard that caylee was kidnapped a month ago!—i call that a serious “event”!)

2.the statement must have been made while under the stress caused by the event.
( it took hours for the lying b*tch in her bedroom to finally admit caylee has been missing for a month—-cindy said in an LE interview that she wanted to go in and “shake the truth out of her”—–i’d say she was experiencing stress!.)

3.statement must have been made before there was time to contrive or misrepresent.
( she was clearly under duress during the “dead body in the damn car” call) ( the contriving/misrepresenting —–if i understand that correctly—–came very shortly after, and continues to this day.

Could someone (Silver?) clear up some of the claims on the hearsay document? Such as, how does Debbie Barnett, (or is it Bennett,) saying that Cindy told her that KC worked at Sports Authority equal “characterization that KC is a liar?” Or Lee stating that Brandon Snow’s parents were giving a false impression of BS and KC’s relationship equating to “characterizations of Anthony family relationships?”
I don’t need an in-depth analysis–it’s a long document–but some of these objections don’t make sense. Does the defense expect the jury to go on KC’s word alone? Is this SOP? What are the grounds to attack Roy Kronk’s tip statements? Or us that an attack on Richard Cain?
I understand that some of it is hearsay and characterization, but are they planning on objecting to everyone who takes the stand?

On another note…by filing this motion they show me that they are extremely worried about their deceitfence of this hardened criminal. Were it not for ma making that “frantic” call Caylee would have possibly layed out in those woods cold and wet for longer it helped alert the public. So in the beginning…and in the end….Cindy knew George knew and Lee found out Caylee was dead on July 15th, 2008.

This is what I can tell you. McIntyre has been posting all over the web for some time his trumped up theories. He has been confronted repeatedly about his past – as detailed in this article. (i.e. lawyer in MA who lost his license due to conviction on manslaughter, etc. and then possession of cocaine, then got it back, and then lost it again for still using cocaine).

When confronted by this past this has been McIntyre’s response every time it’s been brought up – he disappears from that particular website and stops posting.

I would think if I wanted to be taken seriously, and some one confronted me with a past that did not belong to me, I would state – you’ve got the wrong James L. McIntyre.

He hasn’t done that.

Now – if he comes here and he says “You’ve got the wrong James L. McIntyre.” I’ll retract that part of my article and insert a declaration that he never ran over anybody drunk, and McSnort might not be a good nickname for him – along with an apology.

However, that only changes a minor part of the story, now doesn’t it?

I was watching the 48 hours Mystery this morning, it aired on Saturday. It was very interesting about a director of a funeral home who’s wife had drowned. It is called “Lady in the Pool.”

What was interesting, the jury went back to deliberate, one hr. later came back and asked to hear the 911 tape again. On that alone they convicted him of Murder.

There are conflicting stories on James L. McIntyre. If you google his name you’ll find the disbarred lawyer from Mississippi but you will also find stories from blog owners that he is a troll from Tampa who also blogs under screennames Joe Schmo, Orlando East and Jack Johnson.

James L. McIntyre has been posting the Caylee is alive and Casey is innocent story on several blogs since Caylee’s remains were found. He would alter the story claiming he was going to reunite Casey and Caylee on Caylee’s fourth birthday, then Christmas, then after the New Year.

About a month ago, one of the blog owners where McIntyre was posting claimed to have traced the IPS address to Miami and claimed that other posters, Joe Schmo, Jack Johnson and Orlando East all had the same IPS address.

Up until then, I thought McIntyre was a delusional mental patient who believed what he wrote and that Schmo, Johnson and Orlando East were trolls. However, right after that information was posted on blogs McIntyre’s posts on the blogs stopped and Jack Johnson’s posts have changed from Casey is innocent to Casey is guilty.

If Jack Johnson is writing as McIntyre it is a hoax because Jack Johnson does not sound mentally ill. If McIntyre is mentally ill, he may have started contacting Cindy and then the Sentinel when he couldn’t get the word out via the blogs.

KenoshaKid, that is my exact fear about this. I could not get this thought out of my mind last night after reading about this crackpot yesterday afternoon. There could be ONE nutjob that makes their way to the jury pool that believes in little green men, and that the moon is made from swiss cheese, etc.

It is highly unusual for a party to file an "omnibus motion" such as this, seeking to have the judge rule on each and every possible evidentiary objection a party can THINK OF prior to trial. (I note that they still reserve the right to object to the admission of additional statements at trial– and though I understand the technical reason for stating the OBVIOUS… it would give me a spring board from which to jump into my motion in response, were I the one drafting it!)

Now– having said that–

It is perfectly within a party's rights to file a motion in limine (and, quite frequently, a series of motions in limine) seeking a pretrial ruling to preclude evidence at trial where the evidence they seek to preclude is so clearly prejudicial that to even have it MENTIONED by opposing counsel and/or any witness in front of the jury could be grounds for a mistrial, which we do NOT desire, because it is a grand waste of valuable resources.

I note that the defense earlier filed a motion in limine seeking the court to ADMIT evidence (re Roy K's alleged "prior bad acts"–which is another somewhat off-beat move. Had the defense not filed it though, I have to believe the state would have filed a motion in limine to preclude the admission of such testimony, so either way, the judge was going to be asked to rule on that narrowly tailored issue.

Typically, the judge will rule on hearsay objections, sua sponte, during trial, although it is certainly possible for the judge to rule on particular, narrowly tailored objections that merit consideration pre-trial via the motion in limine.

I'm certain that the state expected a motion in limine to preclude Cindy's 9-1-1 EXCITED UTTERANCE, among others.

And let's face facts on that one.
The defense MUST ATTEMPT to have the judge rule it inadmissible. It is their duty, because it is so damaging to Casey's defense, and there is room for a "good faith"
argument. (Though I believe it will fail).

Listen to that portion of the tape. Listen to her voice as it breaks over the word "girr-rl" (from the "we're talking about a 3 yr old little girl!" portion).

Her statements to that 9-1-1 operator were made UNDER THE STRESS of just having been informed that her grandchild had been "KIDNAPPED", a more stressful event one can hardly imagine. I expect a vigorous response from the state with the full spiel, going through each of the legal elements, and I will leave that to them.

BTW-I am only referring to her statement in the 9-1-1 call; I agree that her statement to co-workers later that afternoon does not fall within the excited utterance exception to the hearsay rule. (And I am limiting my comments here to this particular issue, because I don't care to spend time addressing each and every one of their myriad objections, thank you very much!)

I don't practice in Florida, and have never appeared before Strickland/do not have any colleagues who have, so… it isn't possible to do better than guess how he will handle this.

The defense *kindly* offered many options, which signals to me they are aware that this is irregular, procedurally speaking, and are aiming for the stars, hoping for a few sparklers . We shall have to wait and see, but should he permit a full hearing on all objections contained in this omnibus motion, the judge is looking at a hearing that could last for DAYS, at least, due to the sheer number of statements they seek to have precluded.

Hummm … I don’t know, I’m not an attorney, but I think some the case law they cited will come back to bite them in the butt! In particular ALL that pertains to Cindy’s 9/11 call, which seems even inarguable but for the sole sake of argument alone.

Granted it’s damning, and the Defense would most certainly like to sweep it under the rug, but I just don’t see any possibility of that.

As for the “hearsay”, so much of which has sound basis in fact, such as Casey really did steal money from her parents and grandparents. Cindy stated fact. That it was repeated, isn’t it still repeated fact as is evidenced by the fact that Casey is now a convicted felon, a proven liar and thief? Why would this be thrown out if it has a such a sound basis in fact, and especially when it comes Amy and Gramma Pleasea?

Would it not be common practice to question say, Amy, during trial, as to what Cindy told her regarding Casey being a liar and a thief, when in fact Amy was a victim of Casey’s lies and thievery, on several occassions? How could that then be considered mere hearsay, when again it has such a sound basis in fact?

I would also like to say that this motion may well give us a good deal of insight into how Baez plans to defend his client by preparing such witnesses as Cindy and George in matters pertaining to the following comments:

Pg. 7: Cindy Anthony was still not under the stress of her car being stolen or her granddaughter having gone missing.

(What in the world is that!?!)

Her car had been returned.

Which reminds me of Cindy’s poo-pooing Casey’s previous acts of thievery. “Well, she paid it all back!”

And Caylee had already been missing for 31 days.

If the Judge rules on the motion to not let the hearsay in (NOT) then maybe KC can tell it all to the jury! I am not an attorney but I believe Cindy’s statement that the car smelled like a dead body will be admitted as an “excited utterance.” Cindy didn’t have to believe her life was in danger. She realized her granddaughter was dead and was in shock. Cindy was hysterical and brought up the dead body smell because after Casey said she hadn’t seen Caylee for 31 days, it dawned on Cindy that the dead body smell in the car may mean Caylee is dead. If someone else was arrested for the crime besides Casey, Cindy would never have changed her story to it was a pizza, she just mentioned dead body smell to get the cops there faster, she always says “What died in here” when she smells something rotten in her fidge or maybe someone put the body in the car after it was towed to Johnsons. The dead body smell was also verified by George, Mellich, the Johnson employee and a cadaver dog.

I know this is off topic but in regards to the indigent motions list that FRG just posted. I sure as hell hope that SOMEONE, is digging into the money trail and where it all went and for what. I know that there will be receipts or whatever produced but who’s to say that EVERYTHING has been disclosed by Bozo and Broomhilda. This whole Indigent Claim has been being orchestrated for a good month, plenty of time to hide some assets.

I may not be understanding correctly, but what assets does KC have to hide? I would have thought any monies she made early on have been depleted and she didn’t have two nickles to rub together prior to that. Can’t sell the car, isn’t likely to have had investments or an insurance policy. As an adult, surely her parent’s assets are not taken into consideration.

I’m astonished she wasn’t declared indigent from the start. What am I missing?

As to ALL statements the defense seeks to have the judge preclude from admission either pre-trial, or DURING trial– the fact is that it will depend on how well the state responds!

If a party who seeks to introduce a statement, the party has to come forward with a good argument for its proper admission.

If the opposing party objects to the admission of a statement because it is “hearsay” (i.e. “an OUT OF COURT statement, being OFFERED TO PROVE the TRUTH of the MATTER ASSERTED”, you had better be damn well prepared to argue why the statement IS admissible, either because:
A) it is NOT hearsay (because you are not offering it to prove the TRUTH of the information contained in the assertion, but for SOME OTHER, NON-HEARSAY PURPOSE), OR–
B) explain how the statement falls within one (or more) of the NUMEROUS EXCEPTIONS to the hearsay rule (an “EXCITED UTTERANCE”, a/k/a “SPONTANEOUS UTTERANCE” in some states, is but ONE of MANY exceptions to the general rule barring “hearsay”!!).

My first post –way back when at Blink– had to do with something else, but I used Cindy’s out of court statements to the 9-1-1 operator during that final call, precisely as an example of an ADMISSIBLE EXCEPTION TO THE HEARSAY RULE.

All I was pointing out above is that Casey’s attorneys have a professional obligation to attempt to have the judge exclude it.

And, btw, if they hadn’t, it would surely be brought up on appeal under the category of “ineffective assistance of counsel”.

What makes it so damning is NOT simply the fact that Cindy described what she smelled (because there is a plethora of evidence which will PROVE that “a dead body” was in the “damn car”, but rather it is the fact that CINDY ANTHONY made that CONNECTION in her own mind and LINKED Casey’s claim of a “kidnapping” with the fact that “SOMETHING’S WRONG!” (with her daughter’s “story”.

I have already posted before (both here and at Blink On Crime) re: HEARSAY (it is NOT what the overwhelming majority of laypersons ASSUME it is!!).

I can’t bring myself to do it a 3rd time though! Sorry.

I’m a bit slow, but this is the sentence I’m not understanding when it comes to Casey claiming indigent status. If she is only claiming it now (and apparently she is not, as Seemeatthebeach points out), how would JB hiding assets prior to now matter? What do JB and AL have to disclose in relation to KC claiming indigent? I ask in all honestly, as I’m not making the connection.

But…if KC filed for indigent status in 2008, why is she filing again now? Or am I just really slow on the uptake?

Sane or otherwise. I am angered by those who have thrown their theories into this case by writing to the judge. JMcI’s communications with Cindy is rather scary, knowing Cindy will attempt to use anything that comes her way to try to protect Casey. This is something I don’t understand at all. As a Mother of four, and much as I love each one, I can say there is no way I would do any of what she has done should any of mine have acted as Casey has.

Seems Miss Poopie-Pants was confident in her ability to pay an expensive lawyer from the very beginning. After all, she was a busy, well-paid junior executive at Universal Studios…plus, with her intelligence and stunning good looks, she deserved the very best! So, she took the word of a fellow inmate at the Orange County lockup that Jose Baez was among the cream of the crop, and gave him a call.

No public defender for the princess! Only the BEST will do!

I’m sure the defense will want to show loving and caring pictures of Casey with Caylee prior to when Caylee went “missing.” I think the jury is entitled to see ALL of her pictures, but I know that’s not how the law works.

It might be to the defenses advantage to have all of Casey’s partying pictures shown. Then they can claim that she didn’t have a motive to kill Caylee because she was already able to party while Caylee was alive.

I won’t be able to watch another case if Casey is not found guilty. I already hate that cases are about winning and losing and not finding truth.

Okay, this doesn’t have anything to do with the Anthony case, but it appears fruitloops are raining from heaven. Get aload of this…

Rondell Bailey, 37, was doing donuts with his truck in a parking lot near the Oklahoma City Civic Center when he hit a trash can, making the truck go high center and get stuck. Bailey then walked to the Oklahoma County jail, where he walked in with a tree branch he claimed was the last tree in the universe and tried to use the stick to pay for charges to be dropped.

Casey was indigent when she was first arrested. The money she apparently received went to Baez for her defense. Some feel a large portion of this has already been paid out to Baez & co. Someone stated earlier, that what she received is in fact taxable, and no doubt a chunk of this money went to state/federal taxing. The good thing I see about her now being indigent, is that what she received and has paid out will now have to be accounted for, and no doubt we will be able to learn how much she received and exactly where it has gone to. I also feel that with this status, the defense isn’t going to drag their feet as much as they previously seem to have. I really feel this is a good thing for Florida tax payers. Keep in mind the longer this goes on the tax payers are already spending a huge sum on the case with LE and their investigation.

Arkie, Curly and anyone else that the unread comments feature is not working properly. I’m sorry. If it is confusing people I need to know so I can take it down. Otherwise, if it’s just not working properly my suggestion would be ignore it because then you’re just back to where you were before I installed it.

That is Hal Boedecker’s Orlando Sentinel blog, and since the question was posed to McIntyre eight days after he had last posted on that thread (a period of time in which he had not commented on three new Casey Anthony blogs on that website), I doubt he saw the question. And it didn’t stop him from commenting over there.

And then there are many where he is just outright challenged (for several years back) on his claims both of his own involvement in crime-solving, and about crimes he is making wild claims about, and then just goes away and doesn’t respond. In addition, in these extra links, are claims he makes about contacting certain FBI agents, and other law enforcement agents he names at specific offices who do not exist. There are multiple instances of him either being banned or a disclaimer placed on his claims that they have been verified to be of no foundation.

It didn’t make him respond either, did it? Why would you assume he didn’t see it? Did he not see it on all the threads? or on all the sites? Did he not see every challenge to him and to his claims that he either ignored or completely stopped posting after?

I don’t think James L. McIntyre read anyone’s posts. He was too busy with his agenda to respond to anybody. I think he had his posts already written and just pasted them in and left. I haven’t seen him on any blogs since his posts were traced to a Tampa, Florida IPS address and he was accused of writing under three other names. It might be a coincidence. He might have just been busy emailing Cindy and writing letters to newspapers. It’s interesting that since 2004, he has said he lived in Grand Rapids, Minnesota, which is a town with a population of about 7.700, so if he really lives there, people in that town should know him. There is a Jim L. McIntyre in Grand Rapids, Minnesota.

Well, that might be the case Sally. But he responds to those who push back on his claims, but then does not respond when they bring up his past. And this is earlier dates. So…it’s strange to say the least.

Anyways, as I’ve stated. He now has an entire article written about him and the past he hasn’t taken the time to confirm or deny in multiple locations. So – I think he probably has a real good chance of clearing it up, that is if it can be cleared up, and he’s committed enough to the wares he’s pushing.

Your post does not claim the moonbat who has made crazy claims about Caylee and Casey Anthony COULD be the disbarred lawyer because you could not exclude that possibility; you have declared that they ARE the same man even though there are many men with that name in this country, and I have not seen here or anywhere an iota of evidence to support the claim that they are the same man. McIntyre” and pulled up the crime-solving claims of a man who says he lives in Grand Rapids, Minnesota and the court records of a disbarred lawyer from Attleboro, Massachussets and decided they must be the same man. While we can’t tell what the correspondence is yet, I think you might be making a safe bet. In reviewing McIntyre’s past behavior on the web he seems to machine-gun fire on a subject. So he may have written a butt-load of letters all in a short time.

Recovered Nelson’s mid-1980′s white Ford Econoline van. Nelson was from Kansas City, Kansas and his van had Kansas plates. His van also had BRAND NEW VAN TIRES!

Nelson was rejected in junior high by a would-be girlfriend. He has an obsessive hate for this woman and no matter how young or old, if a lady looks like her, they are doomed. Only Michanne Mattson was lucky enough to escape. He (Nelson) suffers from what I call The Ted Bundy Syndrome.

Kansas City Police Department knew there were OTHER murders, but they didn’t know who, I have just listed ALL of the victims here. The Kansas Bureau of Investigation can fill in the blanks on Jane Doe and have through (blood) DNA testing.

The killer of JonBenet Ramsey worked at the same Marina as Michael Helgoth, but on a different sailboat, this is where they meet. Michael Helgoth was the “Mastermind” behind this kidnapping, he didn’t count on his partner losing control and raping the girl, when JonBenet Ramsey woke up from the Tazer attack. CSI photograph of the dead Michael Helgoth lying dead on his couch, guess what is on the floor next to him? A pair of Hi Tec Hiking Boots! The same pair he wore the night of the murder! In the same CSI photograph on a table near his head is a Tazer! Michael owned SEVERAL of them! The Boulder Police Department took as evidence a couple of T-shirts and a black leather motorcycle vest belonging to JonBenet’s killer.(His DNA are on them!) Michael Helgoth and JonBenet’s killer was arrested on a suspicion of burglary charge! The Boulder Police Department have the killer’s name on file! A rental list of movies at Michael Helgoth’s neighborhood store lists movies that Michael rented that matched movie phrases mentioned in the ransom note! THE BODY IN THE VACANT LOT IS NOT AND NEVER WAS CAYLEE MARIE ANTHONY! The young JANE DOE will forever be UNIDENTIFIED because of the premature releasing of the body. The reconstruction of the skull of an unidentified body is always done first and foremost to insure positive identification. In the case of Caylee Marie Anthony this was not done at all. Against the wishes of the pathologist assigned to do the hands on work, this body was released to the “Grandparents” prematurely. This is a still unidentified murder victim of a still UNSOLVED murder case. We have two unsolved felonies within a space of approximately two miles apart. One is a kidnapping and the other an unsolved murder of an unknown child. Caylee’s kidnapper is WELL KNOWN to the state of Florida and has SEVERAL convictions on her record. Car trunk does NOT have outline of body, Caylee Marie Anthony was FLOWN out of the state of Florida. Caylee disembarked at/in Atlanta, Georgia, Final Destination: Los Angeles, California. She has been FOUND! She is ALIVE! We have video tape proof of this! Lawson Lamar has been jumping to erroneous conclusions again! It is a well known fact that DNA is nearly impossible to get from skeletal remains. DNA has to be extracted from teeth and if the baby didn’t have any. If I told you who Zani the Nanny was, we would no longer know where Caylee is. Amy’s suspicions were very accurate, very smart lady. Mall of the Millennia sounds familiar, did they have a string of shoplifting tied to a child kidnapper? The woman was released. She kidnapped two children, one was a girl and the other a boy, the little brother of the girl she wanted to kidnap. She got the wrong child by mistake. Someone told me who she was, but you removed the man’s e-mail. He could have helped. Leonard Padilla may find this of interest , are you aware that Caylee was in Los Angeles, California? One, the woman who has Caylee is mentally unstable. And two, she would endanger the health and safety of Caylee Marie Anthony. Lawson Lamar prosecutes people for political gain and he keeps getting it wrong! He will be prosecuted for Malfeasance in Office. This will be his LAST mistake! Caylee Marie Anthony IS NOT THE DEAD BODY IN THE DITCH! You can’t prosecute a woman for a murder THAT DID NOT OCCUR! Lawson Lamar, Nancy Grace, Jane Velez-Mitchell and Leonard Padilla are all to blame for this fiasco! The body in the ditch IS NOT THE BODY OF CAYLEE MARIE ANTHONY! The pathologist has clearly said this and she wanted more time to prove it. She was overruled by the Coroner. The human remains are too YOUNG by several months! She knew the body WAS OF ANOTHER MURDER VICTIM! The body was not identified in any way, shape or form. The work up was INCOMPLETE! Only 50% of the body work had been done. I hardly call 50 percent complete. Skull reconstruction is usually done first to aid in identifying the victim. In this case it WAS NOT DONE AT ALL! This is the most BUNGLED homicide case I have ever witnessed! Caylee is either still alive, or she was left some where else.

Does anyone know who the Aveeno Active Naturals print model is? I met her three years ago. She thought I was good looking and funny and I haven’t been able to forget her. Sera never told me her last name and I haven’t seen her since. Sera was still grieving for her husband at the time and I didn’t want to hurt her in any way. She told me she wasn’t ready to date just yet, It has been three years and I was curious to know if she is ready now? I met Sera in a small Minnesota town and I haven’t seen her since. THE BODY IN THE VACANT LOT IS NOT AND NEVER WAS CAYLEE MARIE ANTHONY! The young JANE DOE will forever be UNIDENTIFIED because of the premature releasing of the body. The reconstruction of the skull of an unidentified body is always done first and foremost to insure positive identification. In the case of Caylee Marie Anthony this was not done at all. Against the wishes of the pathologist assigned to do the hands on work, this body was released to the “Grandparents” prematurely. This is a still unidentified murder victim of a still UNSOLVED murder case. We have two unsolved felonies within a space of approximately two miles apart. One is a kidnapping and the other an unsolved murder of an unknown child. Caylee’s kidnapper is WELL KNOWN to the state of Florida and has SEVERAL convictions on her record. She was convicted TWICE for the kidnapping of children! Make that THREE!

I forgot to mention this. Body found in lot near Anthony home is that of a large baby or small toddler, not the remains of a three year old. The body is much too young! If Dr. G wasn’t so busy with the other job she shouldn’t be doing (The Discovery Channel) she may have noticed the obvious.

Baby girl, NOT three year old girl. Baby was a victim of ROID RAGE. Syringe contain compound that matches chemical compound of Steroid, the type that is injected. Car trunk does NOT have outline of body, Caylee Marie Anthony was FLOWN out of the state of Florida. Caylee disembarked at/in Atlanta, Georgia, Final Destination: Los Angeles, California. She has been FOUND! She is ALIVE! We have video tape proof of this! Lawson Lamar has been jumping to erroneous conclusions again! It is a well known fact that DNA is nearly impossible to get from skeletal remains. DNA has to be extracted from teeth and if the baby didn’t have any. The baby’s skull should have been put under a laser for a scan, at least you would have had a photograph of the deceased to identify her from. Caylee was SEEN a WEEK after you pulled her from the swampy lot. She was put into seclusion on December 19, 2008 and has not been seen since. Too many people recognized her for who she is. Three people are holding her. The couple are trying to protect their daughter and are now just as guilty as she is. Caylee is the THIRD CHILD this woman has kidnapped in Florida in just a few years!

She also has been arrested and convicted for shopiifting from a mall. She is Zanny The Nanny and was a former neighbor of Zenaida Gonzalez. She lived three floors below Zenaida. Her alias was Zenaida “Zani” Fernadez-Gonzalez. Stealing an ID is all part of the game, it’s her M.O. Modus Operandi. Casey held off calling the Police for thirty days in the hope of getting her child returned UNHARMED! This woman is DESPERATE to have a child and is not afraid to use KIDNAPPING as a means to an end. The kidnap victims are a girl, a boy, the brother of the girl she was attempting to kidnap, a girl, Caylee Marie Anthony a victim of THREE KIDNAPPERS, and NONE of them have the last name of Anthony. Country Singer Tanya Tucker, now living in California can vouch for my ability in two cases. Her stalking would-be murder case and the homicide of her friend, Richard “Skul” Skulman. I was successful on both cases. I also know what happened to the late Jodi Sue Huisentruit and where her remains are. Josh Benson should call Dr. Frederickson, if he wants to Find Jodi.com Casey has been arrested with NO EVIDENCE whatsoever. Under NORMAL CIRCUMSTANCES, this would not even rate probable cause. Mall of the Millennia sounds familiar, did they have a string of shoplifting tied to a child kidnapper? The woman was released. She kidnapped two children, one was a girl and the other a boy, the little brother of the girl she wanted to kidnap. She got the wrong child by mistake. Someone told me who she was, but you removed the man’s e-mail. He could have helped. Leonard Padilla may find this of interest , are you aware that Caylee was in Los Angeles, California? Lawson Lamar prosecutes people for political gain and he keeps getting it wrong! He will be prosecuted for Malfeasance in Office. This will be his LAST mistake! Caylee Marie Anthony IS NOT THE DEAD BODY IN THE DITCH! You can’t prosecute a woman for a murder THAT DID NOT OCCUR! Lawson Lamar, Nancy Grace, Jane Velez-Mitchell and Leonard Padilla are all to blame for this fiasco! The body in the ditch IS NOT THE BODY OF CAYLEE MARIE ANTHONY! The pathologist has clearly said this and she wanted more time to prove it. She was overruled by the Coroner. The human remains are too YOUNG by several months! She knew the body WAS OF ANOTHER MURDER VICTIM! The body was not identified in any way, shape or form. The work up was INCOMPLETE! Only 50% of the body work had been done. I hardly call 50 percent complete. Skull reconstruction is usually done first to aid in identifying the victim. In this case it WAS NOT DONE AT ALL! This is the most BUNGLED homicide case I have ever witnessed! Caylee is either still alive, or she was left some where else.

I have not found any PUBLIC comments by him on the Caylee/Casey Anthony case prior to October 2009 or after May 2009.

He contacted Cindy via her Caylee Marie Anthony Foundation email address, and they exchanged emails during the period May 12-23, 2009, which is probably the reason why he stopped publicly commenting on blogs and forums – he knew Cindy was taking him seriously and appeared to be following up on his information.

But the tips he sent to Cindy in May 2009 went nowhere because nine months later, Casey Anthony was still being prosecuted for the murder of Caylee Anthony, so he emailed his information to Orlando Sentinel reporter Ms. Myers-Palm on February 17, 2010; to OCSO and Cindy Anthony at her dgator email on February 18, 2010; and to the Orange County Circuit Court Criminal Division on March 5, 2010.

I will not be surprised if the correspondence to the judge just referenced in the criminal docket is from James L. McIntyre of Grand Rapids, MN.

Maura, the real JLM of GR, MN writes to the judge theory, that would help to clear things up for everyone.

Seems whoever this crackpot is, he (and his information) has been said to have been reported to authorities long before this CA case, by blog webmasters.

I think we should at least extend our courtesies to James L. McIntyre by adding his name to our ever-growing list of emotionally disturbed individuals who have each enjoyed the 15 minutes of fame they sought by weaving untrue, far-fetched and unbelievable stories to mislead others into believing that someone other than Casey murdered Caylee and dumped her body in the woods on Suburban Drive. Thus far, the following names are on this list: Joy Wray (Baker Act candidate), Jerry Jackson (inmate extraordinaire), Joe Jordan and Laura Buchanan (searched woods on their own), several unidentified jail inmates (one of whom referenced Casey’s “virgina” and Jill Kerley (Roy Kronks’ embittered ex-wife).

Reading an above statement written by the subject of this article where he says that the model he likes doesn’t know it yet, but that she is going to be his wife —– this reminds me of the case last year where a man said similar things about the gymnastics champion-turned-Dancing w the Stars champion – the man was stalking her & following her across the country… this goes beyond “evidence tampering” or disruption of a court case, to mental illness, imho, and I fear for the girl’s safety.
