CNN’s Josh Levs reported this past weekend on this Public Service Announcement commercial that was created in Sussex County, England. The director of this commercial approached the Sussex Safer Roads group with his idea for this PSA. I just had to share it because of its beauty, and the artistic nature in which it imparts a very powerful message. (P.S.
