William,

Okay, I'm going off memory but I believe they said they had been in that house 17 or 18 years. So they had a mortgage they have been paying on for 17 or 18 years. They should be sitting somewhere around 65% of that principal still owed. So they owed around $59,000 (with an original mortgage of $91,000). What they did was take out a cash-out refinance and draw on the increased home value of the falsely inflated housing market. So they borrowed against all their equity and went into debt for $121,000.

With only $5800 paid now against the $121,000, that wasn't all that long ago. (Not sure when, but not that long...could easily be backed out.)

So the Anthony losers are shining examples of the false housing market and what all the dolts who were greedy asshats did to cave the economy in. They spent the equity in their house and now can't make their mortgage.

I tend to refrain from speaking about the Anthonys as far as financial matters, but this takes the cake. Two out of work liars, one who some how pulled off disability with no clear disability preventing gainful employment, and the other a babbling moron who hasn't worked consistently in years now acts like finding out not paying your mortgage payments for 9 months can result in foreclosure is a big f***ing surprise.

Who the hell ties their shoes every morning?

William,

GOOD- keep it up! I had family members that were stationed there.

We are supposed to get more snow. Some meteorologists are predicting the end of the world as we know it....just kidding. But they do exaggerate.

Quite an article! 8O I am surprised at the judge's ruling. It must be really damning evidence of something!

Okay, so they borrowed 91,000.00 originally then took out a second mortgage bringing the principle to 120.160.00 a little later.

That means that they most likely owe more than the house is worth now since values have fallen substantially around the country.

William

Where have you been? ( you really don't have to answer this) I've been back off and on and didn't see you.
Glad you're back.

They borrowed 121,160.00 to buy the house. They have paid 5825.00 in principal and still owe 115,315.01 of the amount borrowed. Cindy is the primary and George is the secondary on the loan.
