Maybe this has already been brought up here (lots of comments), but did they have a registry/Windows cleaning program on their computer? I have had Window Washer on my computer for awhile because it frees up space and increases performance time. it does automatic or manual cleanses, and can erase the index.dat. There are many other programs out there that clean the registry and delete index.dat. It doesn't have to be a complicated manual deletion of files to delete and overwrite the index.dat or other registry files. It can be quite easy.

i see what you’re saying—-but i wouldn’t consider the menendez brothers a success story. they only achieved 1/2 their goal–parents dead.

----------------

lol Ellejay,

My choice word "success" was clearly a bad choice ...lol

I used that word to show that some went through with their plan and actually did the killing, where as others have done the plotting but for whatever reason, didnt go theu with it... and IMO, one is no worse than the other...

I actually think something happened where KC cudnt pull it off....I do wonder if she was maybe going to chloroform them, in their sleep?? Whatever the case, thankfully for KC she didnt kill them, otherwise she wud have noone to lie for her....

i can see kc fantasizing about life without george and cindy-------i can't see her physically pulling it off.

then again, kc doesn't think beyond 10 minutes into the future----the fantasy was enough for her to spin it to her "friends".

Awaiting Justice, Here in Northwest Arkansas and others who have stated same theory: When I read the texts between Casey and Amy with Casey promising that soon it would only be the 2 of them living in the family home, it was my first thought, too; that Casey intended to somehow eliminate Cindy and George from the picture altogether.
There have been true crime cases where this sort of thing has happened before so it was familiar to me…young people telling their friends that the family home would soon be theirs alone and then actually killing their parents (sometimes with the help of the friends.) Obviously, Amy was not privy to the whole plan if it was in fact, the plan. I have also wondered if George and Cindy have not had these same thoughts. Amy discussed and questioned Cindy about Casey and Amy moving in together to the family home with Cindy in the car on the way to Tony’s when Cindy wanted to confront Casey on July 15th. Cindy has had plenty of time to slow her thinking process down and think about this by now. I have no idea if or how Casey planned to execute a plan like this but I wouldn’t put it past her, in view of what she is now charged with. It would be very interesting to see if any of the changes made on the computer would support this theory. (Searches that we don’t know about…yet?)

You are absolutley right Mimi!

It wud normally be unimagineable but others have plotted it (some successfully..Mendez brothers) ...

I suspect CA and GA have come to the same conclusion...It seems pretty obvious that CA and GA and LE have prolly read every page of discovery 100 times... They wud have seen the text messages and they know KC best ... I wonder what that realization must have felt like?? I guess it really doesnt matter what KC did, the Ants do not want to admit their angel did anything, even though all the Ants know the truth....

Anything is possible, Mimi.
And while one would not normally even think such a thing about a 'regular' or 'normal' person, as we see more and more information about this family and its 'quirks' (trying to be nice) it makes the impossible, whatever that could ever be, seem quite possible. I hope Cindy has had a great deal of time, and used it, to reflect. And I hope she has come to the understanding that her 'perfect' little family was anything but.

Does anyone know something about this? It was on Blink.
Mr. Nejames is going to MOP THE FLOOR with Baez, and expect a good SMACKDOWN from Judge Strickland. Here’s the very latest from my excellent source in FLA:
1. Dom Casey has indeed turned on the Anthonys because he was facing a heap of trouble himself! He is in protective custody and has begun spilling ALL the beans to SAO. He knew poor Caylee was dead and was told where to find her remains by Cindy (pillowtalk??!). Cindy has been the ringleader for a small band of deluded jerks who are on a campaign to spread reasonable doubt. There is a lot of illegal stuff going on with the ‘Team Caylee/Yuku’ group and they are going down. Cindy and George (who is very P.O.ed at his wife, btw) are desperate to negotiate a plea deal for themselves because there is probable cause for Obstruction of Justice charges!!
2. Dom Casey also knows all about the (ahem) “inappropriate relationship” between Baez and Casey (yuk!) and SURPRISE there is SOMETHING on the jail tapes!!! Baez is going to removed as defense counsel and censured for unethical conduct.
All in all, it’s been a very interesting few days and look for the Baez and Anthony house of cards to come crashing down soon.

Wonder if the Anthonys have life insurance? Sorry if this has already been addressed, but I'm wondering if Casey wasn't planning to get rid of them, as some of you have indicated, and then collect the life insurance money and start her 'beautiful life'?

If true that Cindy came up with the J B Park story, how did she relay the newest version of that story to Casey? She told the FBI that story on July 30th and said that “Lee just found this out, and I am sure it will come out soon.” It is in part four of her FBI interview.
