I just saw the section about you in the library..Loved the pics. You are doing a wonderful job on that house! I laughed till I cried over the kitchen floor..been there with my old place. It made me look for my pictures. (not that I know how to load them or anything) Such big wood I had under all the crap layered on since 1920. And it was level! I had been having nightmares on what I might find. I immediately covered it with tile, like you. But you got great seams to your other rooms. My brother and I did my floor over a weekend twenty years ago. We sucked at the transition part. Someday. Thanks for the smile. I hope you had a Merry Christmas and have a fabulous New Year.
