Maura was kind enough to review my timeline and submit to me corrections that needed to be made. I can’t express how grateful I am on this, because it had to have taken a major amount of time since she went line by line at least as far as July 15th, 2008.
Change notes: First off, I removed all references to ZG22 and AD’s tickets, because after learning of a local news reporters’ investigation into this matter, I became convinced that ZG22 has nothing to do with this case – nor does AD’s tickets. I have saved all the entries that were in the timeline concerning these two incidences in case I am proven wrong.
RM and KC – I had them beginning to date around February 23rd. Maura points out it was about a week after RM’s birthday, which is January 23rd. Corrected.
After looking into things a bit Maura came back and said it appeared TL and KC started communicating near the end of April and then TL first posted on her Facebook on May 21st.
CA and GA’s trip to Cocoa Beach – I had them taking this trip on May 30. Maura points out it was June 7. Corrected. I also added in information Maura provided about AP not doing well on May 30th and CA staying the night with SP and the next day at the nursing home.
I had KC taking TL to the mechanic shop on June 9th to pick up his Jeep. Maura points out it was June 10th. Corrected.
I had KC telling AH that her mom was giving her the house and they could move in dated at “early to mid-June”. Maura points out that was May 27th/28th. Corrected.
I removed the searches for Zenaida from June 12th because I should have already done that! That was the date of the creation of the cache file, not the date of the searches.
Maura points out that the call from CA to RP appears to have happened on the week of June 30th. SEE NOTE BELOW.
Maura points out that KC and AH did NOT go to the Amscot together on June 30th to put gas in the Pontiac. SEE NOTE BELOW.
I had AH learning about her missing money on July 2nd. Maura points out it was July 3rd. Corrected.
I had the “diary of days” on July 3rd, even though I knew it was on July 2nd. Maura gently pointed out my boneheadedness. Corrected (the date, that is, not my boneheadedness).
Maura points out that KC cashed AH’s check at a Bank of America that was NOT downtown. Corrected.
The following notes are just some thoughts I have on the corrections to June 30th and the dating of the phone call from CA to RP.
Note about June 30th:
Maura points out that KC and AH did not go to the Amscot together, but that KC waited until AH had gone to work and went by herself. I find it interesting that KC and AH did NOT go to the Amscot together. I wonder what cock-and-bull story KC gave AH for not immediately going to fill her car with gas. Because she would have had to have had a very good (or bizarre) excuse. Since the car was allegedly out of gas, she would need some one to ride with her in a single vehicle to fill the car up and drive it away. She had to have given some “plan” as to how to get this done by herself, if she refused to go with AH. At the same time, why would she go through the whole ordeal of getting AH to go with her to buy a gas can, if she had no intention of picking up the car? Further to that the vehicle towing card filled out by Johnson wrecker at the Amscot and signed by the manager has a time of 9:00 a.m. The TagTalk system check on the VIN was done at 10:54 am. The TagTalk check would not have been ran until the vehicle arrived at the impound lot and Johnson wrecker began processing it in. It appears that the vehicle should have been gone by the time KC got to AH’s apartment.
Note on phone call from CA to RP:
Maura states the phone call from CA to RP happened during the week of June 30th and may have happened on the 3rd. This is the phone call where CA told him that KC was lying about things and had stolen from her grandmother and advised RP to stay away from KC to avoid being hurt. RP states CA asked if KC was in Jacksonville and he stated they were not. CA states this phone call happened “within days” of July 3rd.
IF CA called RP on July 3rd, then it would have been after she went to Universal to see KC and she then spoke with KC on the phone. KC told her she was in Jacksonville, which would explain why CA was calling RP to find out if KC was there. After speaking with RP CA would have been aware that KC was not where she said she was and that Caylee was not where KC said she was, nor was Caylee with whomever KC said she was with. This would explain the change in behavior of CA and why she had LA go looking for KC in Orlando that night, and why CA started her myspace and wrote her “my Caylee is missing” entry. This would also explain why CA asked “who is watching” my Caylee.
