Wind Analysis for September 3, 2008

I was asked to create a similar wind map for September 3, 2008. This would be for the day that Laura Buchanan states her and other searches were in the area where Caylee’s remains would ultimately be found. The wind data is taken from Weather Underground for Orlando International Airport and is shown on the map as the direction into which the wind was blowing. The average wind speed that day was 9 mph with gusts to 22 mph. As can be seen in the figure, the wind was blowing in the direction of the fence line, which is where Laura states she and other searchers were located.

Valhall.
